How to Make Chicken BLT Mac & Cheese

Jarred Alfredo sauce make this pasta bake a snap to put together.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. elbow macaroni
  • 2 (15 oz. each) jars Alfredo sauce
  • 1 (8 oz.)  pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 strips cooked bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
  • 2 cups baby arugula

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 400ºF. Coat 3-qt. casserole dish with cooking spray. In pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta according to package directions for al dente; drain. Return pasta to pot. Stir in Alfredo sauce and ½ of cheese until combined.
  • Stir in turkey bacon, tomatoes, chicken and arugula. Transfer mixture casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Coat sheet of foil with cooking spray; place coated side over casserole dish. Bake 30 min. or until heated through, uncovering during last 5 min. of cooking time.
