Darts walk-on girls release sexy 2024 calendar and are still 'overwhelmed' by fan support

Former darts walk-on girls Charlotte Wood and Daniella Allfree have released their 2024 calendar – and admit to being overwhelmed by the support they receive.

Charlotte and Daniella were as synonymous with darts as Phil Taylor and Michael van Gerwen before their brutal axe in January 2018. The perfect pair had strutted their stuff at PDC events for years, only to be dispensed with completely out of the blue after pressure from broadcasters and a vocal minority of fans.

Tens of thousands of disappointed darts followers signed a petition to reinstate the girls, while five-time world champion Raymond van Barneveld also called for their reintroduction. Unfortunately, it didn't work.

The PDC stuck with their ban and Charlotte, Daniella and their gorgeous colleagues were not seen on TV again. However, the girls remain hugely popular with true darts fans who continue to lap up their official calendar year after year.

Daily Star Sport caught up with blonde bombshell Charlotte following the release of their 2024 edition, which sold out in under a week. "We’ve been doing the calendar for eight years now," she told us.

"We just try and mix it up really. Sometimes we ask the fans what they want to see but they seem to like whatever we do! We’ve always had a really good response from them."

The girls are always open to trying different themes for the calendar, but there was no contest this year. "We’ve gone a little bit Barbieish to go with the current trend. There’s plenty of pinks and baby kind of colours so we’ve gone a bit Barbiesque."

In pictures shared with Daily Star Sport, Charlotte and Daniella look pretty in pink wearing eye-catching lingerie. The cover photo, which features the stunning models up close to each other in baby blue, will delight fans of the blonde and brunette double act.

Charlotte admits to being overwhelmed at the support they continue to receive, year after year. "We couldn’t have dreamt to still be doing them now but we get asked every year. We’re on number eight now and the target is 10.

"Kelly Brook is still doing them and she’s in her 40s, so we don’t feel too old doing them! We’re just overwhelmed every year by the sales. We launched it on Saturday and the sales started flying. It’s very overwhelming every year. They always sell so well and that’s such a boost for both of us. It’s really nice."

Charlotte and Daniella are each other's biggest fans, as evidenced when we asked the former to pick her favourite month from the new calendar. "I love the cover this year," Charlotte gushes. "It’s probably our favourite cover to date.

"I like the pink months, but I love it all to be honest. Me and Daniella will always say ‘oh this is our favourite month’ and hers will be one of mine and mine will be one of hers."

As for darts fans? Well, they just love it all.
